Donations

Thank you for contacting Levis Commons regarding donations for your 501-(c)(3) registered organization. Levis Commons is dedicated to supporting the local community and looks forward to reviewing your application. Please refer to the request type outline below and submit the attached form to be considered for a donation of any kind.

Levis Commons property management will review donation requests on a monthly basis. Please note that should your organization’s donation request be granted, management will contact you as soon as possible after the monthly review. If your request is selected, you will be informed within one week after the monthly review date by email and given information regarding your application. We ask that you do not call or email the Management Office to discuss your application.
