The Experience

The Town Center at Levis Commons opened in October 2004 and was created to bring the convenience of a mixed-use center and the notoriety of many first-to-market retailers to Northwest Ohio. With more than 310,122 square feet, this open-air shopping and dining destination features an exceptional mix of locally-owned businesses, national brands, lifestyle retailers and acclaimed restaurants.

The Town Center at Levis Commons is positioned at the forefront of the J. Preston Levis Commons development. J. Preston Levis Commons is 400 acres that includes three hotels, with a fourth one slated to open this spring -- the Courtyard Marriott; four living communities; three distinct retail areas; numerous light industrial buildings; and the prestigious world headquarters for Owens-Illinois.

The center is anchored by a collection of world class retailers including Sephora, Arhaus, Books-A-Million, and Rave. Other first to the market retailers include, Athleta, Lovesac, Agave & Rye, and SOMA Intimates.

A wide assortment of restaurants and eateries are also on site. Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano, Poco Piatti, and Bar Louie serve up various savory dishes and specialties, along with other notable establishments. Smaller, specialty shops such as Madison Paul, C. Sterling Jewelers, as well as Taste Of Heaven Chocolates, a locally-owned specialty chocolate shop, are also available. Home furniture and accessories stores, such as Ethan Allen, Lovesac, Yankee Candle, and Lily’s offer the latest in home decorating and furnishing.
